Return, Shipping and Handling Policies, Duties and Taxes
Elle Marie Co. will accept returns within 14 days of purchase date subject to conditions below. Claims for missing items or damaged items in transit must be received within 3 business days of receipt of merchandise.
Please read all conditions below. If conditions are not met, Elle Marie Co. reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee not less than 15%.
- All returned items or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, tamper seal cannot be broken, must include all packaging material, and all accessories.
- Elle Marie Co. is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.
- Elle Marie Co. is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damages resulting from devices, adapters, tips, or needles.
No Return/Exchange on the following:
- When the tamper seal on the product has been broken.
- All consumable items (needles, adapters, tips, cartridges, ink, Perma Blend items, ink cups etc.)
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Shipping costs are not refundable and are paid by the customer.
Customs, Duties, Taxes
Elle Marie Co. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibilities of the customers.
Return packages (Rejected or Undeliverable Mail)
- It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the address is accurate and deliverable when placing the order.
- Returned packages will not be reshipped until the address has been verified by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay the additional shipping charges for reshipping the order.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
