Shipping FAQ

How soon will my order be shipped?

All orders will be quickly shipped within 1 business days (Mon - Fri). Tracking information will be emailed out along with any new updates to the contact email provided with the order after it has been shipped.

 

How long does shipping take?

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping charges are calculated automatically from our shipping carriers based on weight of your package. Shipping times are only estimates and do not include processing time. Do also note that the customs processes in your destination country may require additional time to process and clear your package, which does not account for postal service time.

Please allow additional time for your country's customs and postal services to deliver your package during public holidays and peak seasons such as Christmas.

I received a shipping notification but when I click the link I am not able to track my package. Is my tracking number wrong?

Your tracking number is correct. When you receive your notification it means that we have packaged your order up for shipping and USPS has picked it up. It usually takes one business day for USPS to scan the tracking number into their system. Check the link again tomorrow and you will likely be able to track your package from that point on.

 

What do I do if my order is shipped but I never received it?

If your tracking number says "delivered" or "out for delivery" but you haven't received your package, please contact your local USPS office (local post office if international) or carrier. In most cases, they will be able to help you locate the package. Elle Marie Co. will not be held responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
